Workshops
Opal Creek Ancient Forest Center runs a variety of workshops on topics ranging from Wildflowers and Butterflies to Yoga and Creative Writing. Our workshops provide the perfect opportunity to learn more about the forest, while relaxing away from the distractions of every day life. We have worked to create a workshop schedule with something for everyone.
Family workshops are specifically designed and especially suited to young children as well as the adults that come with them. They are a great way for families to spend a unique weekend together amid the beauty of the ancient forest. Children are welcome to all workshops unless otherwise noted, and those 3-13 years of age are half the price of adults. All workshop fees include instruction, meals, luggage shuttle, and accommodations in the historic mining town of Jawbone Flats.
