We are happy to annouce, that after over 3 years since the fires of 2020, Opal Creek is releasing a request for proposals from qualifying Architectural and Engineering firms.

This scope of work outlines Opal Creek AFC’s intent to plan for the re-construction of our entire educational campus, which burned in the Beachie Creek Fire of 2020. This architecture and engineering project will support Opal Creek AFC and Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) in obtaining accurate cost estimates to rebuild our campus using a newly developed design proposed by the Architectural and Engineering (A&E) team selected through this RFP.

Please read through the RFP carefully and provide any questions by 2/20/2024 to Augustus Gleason via email at Agleason@opalcreek.org.
